One-to-One Consultations
These sessions offer a personalized philosophical and embodied space to explore questions of meaning, suffering, conflict, and ethical living. Together, we move beyond abstract theory to cultivate lived understanding.
Philosophical Counseling
To live well is not merely to solve problems, but to cultivate a meaningful relationship with oneself, others, and the world.
Through the SMILE_PH method, I offer a structured philosophical dialogue that explores your values, aspirations, sense of purpose, and possibilities for flourishing. Together, we examine the beliefs and narratives that guide your life, opening new perspectives for thought and action.
Whether you are facing a transition, an ethical challenge, a creative impasse, or a period of existential questioning, philosophical counselling provides a space for reflection in which greater clarity, coherence, and wonder may emerge.

Philosophical Sexology
Designed for individuals who believe that
Eros is more than sexuality. It is the force that draws us toward others, toward beauty, toward intimacy, and toward life itself.
Through the ECLIPSE method, I offer a structured philosophical exploration of desire, relationships, gender, orientation, erotic imagination, and love. Together, we examine how these dimensions participate in your broader way of inhabiting the world and how they shape your sense of meaning, connection, and flourishing.
Whether you are facing relational difficulties, exploring questions of identity, navigating a transition, or simply seeking greater clarity about your intimate life, philosophical sexuology provides a reflective space in which eros can become a source of self-knowledge, vitality, and authentic encounter.

Aikido-Inspired Body Awarness
The body is not separate from thought. How we move, attend, and relate shapes the way we experience ourselves and others.
Through Aïkitaïso, I offer a guided exploration of movement, attention, posture, breathing, and relational presence inspired by the principles of aikido. Through simple embodied exercises and reflective dialogue, participants develop greater awareness, adaptability, and quality of connection.
Whether practiced individually, as a couple, or in a small group, Aïkitaïso provides a space to cultivate presence, refine communication, and discover new possibilities for harmonious interaction

Frequently Asked Questions
How many sessions do I need?
For both Philosophical Counselling and Philosophical Sexuology, the work begins with an initial cycle of 8 sessions. This provides sufficient time to explore your questions in depth, establish continuity, and allow meaningful reflection and transformation to emerge.
The complete 8-session cycle costs €480 (€60 per session) and may be paid in one or two instalments.
Following the initial cycle, additional sessions may be arranged according to your needs and goals.
Aïkitaïso (Mobility and Mouvement) sessions and workshops can be booked separately. Please contact me for details.
Do I need any background in philosophy or Aikido?
Not at all. The consultation is designed for anyone curious about their own experience. We use philosophical concepts and movement principles as practical tools for living, making them accessible regardless of your prior training.
What happens during Consultation ?
A consultation is a space for attentive dialogue and shared inquiry. Together, we explore the questions, tensions, desires, and possibilities that shape your life, seeking greater clarity, coherence, and understanding.
Rather than diagnosing problems or prescribing solutions, I accompany you in a process of reflection that helps reveal assumptions, illuminate values, and uncover new possibilities for thought and action. The aim is not simply to answer questions, but to deepen your relationship with yourself, others, and the world.
For Philosophical Counselling and Philosophical Sexuology, this process is supported by the structured methodologies of SMILE_PH and ECLIPSE, which provide a framework for exploring the many dimensions of human flourishing.
Is this therapy?
Philosophical counseling focused on embodied health is a practice of inquiry and dialogue. While it can be deeply clarifying and support well-being, it is not a clinical treatment and does not replace medical or psychological care.
